Works fine on lan and off line. it is possible to play on non-steam servers but the version of this css isn't the right one. anyone know what version this is?

helo.. uhm.. im kind of ignorant here. its not an installer right.. im runing a 32bit vista. i tried change the compatibility mode still doesnt work. the game does not start with the laucher.. how can i play this game? :( sory if its kind of stupid. hope you guys can help me.
